ICT Technical Specialist manages and organizes all ICT systems and services in the location where he/she is posted. He/she assists the ICT Manager in designing and installing ICT infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Designs and installs ICT infrastructure;

Sous la supervision hi rarchique du Repr sentant R sident de Plan International Togo, le/la Conseiller/ re en Renforcement de Soci t Civile et Partenariat (Togo, Burkina, Benin)sera responsable d imprimer la direction au travail de Plan International en terme de leadership et de strat gie en vue de renforcer la soci t civile pour la promotion et la protection des droits des enfants et jeunes gens au Togo, Burkina et Benin. Il sera, dans ces trois pays, responsable de la direction strat gique de l'engagement de Plan avec la soci t civile et de son renforcement ; les contributions de Plan la cr ation d'un environnement favorable la soci t civile - et la mise en uvre des normes et directives de partenariat de Plan International. 2. Principales attributions et r sultats cl s
Diriger la gestion des connaissances et l'apprentissage pour le renforcement de la soci t civile, et veiller ce que l'apprentissage des pays se d veloppe dans les processus mondiaux et vice-versa en ce qui concerne les initiatives diverses dans le cadre de la lutte contre le SIDA. Cela implique la promotion de la mutualisation des efforts dans le cadre cette lutte et d autres initiatives y aff rentes.

Faire la surveillance et le partage des d veloppements/r flexions dans les d bats nationaux, la politique et la prise de d cision concernant le r le de la soci t civile et l'espace d mocratique / environnement favorable la soci t civile dans les trois pays, y compris les d veloppements cl s au niveau r gional et international
Donner l appui pour l'am lioration des connaissances et de la capacit des bureaux nationaux(CO) et des OSC suivre et adapter les strat gies et les approches contextuelles pertinentes qui tiennent compte de l'environnement op rationnel (changeant) de la soci t civile.
Appuyer les m canismes d'assurance qualit pertinents en ce qui concerne le renforcement de la soci t civile et les partenariats, conform ment aux exigences en vigueur des donateurs - en troite collaboration avec Plan International Su de (SNO) et l' quipe de conseillers de la soci t civile.
Donner l appui aux bureaux des pays et aux partenaires des OSC dans l' laboration de propositions et la pr sentation de rapports des projets financ s par le SIDA (Agence Su doise de D veloppement International) et d'autres initiatives pertinentes de renforcement de la soci t civile
Soutenir les initiatives de plaidoyer li es au renforcement de la Soci t Civile, en collaboration avec les conseillers en Influence au niveau pays, pour la promotion d'un environnement favorable cette soci t civile

Job Function:
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning
- Oversee the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation**,** Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems for the SCOPE project.
- Collaborate with SCOPE project staff, MEAL consultants and project partners to design and implement data collection and analysis protocols, tools and systems.
- Prepare a comprehensive performance monitoring plan and coordinate implementation with all relevant staff, volunteers and project partners.
- Revise and update the Performance Measurement Framework, indicators and Performance Indicator Reference Sheets if necessary on an ongoing basis to incorporate learnings and changes in the project environment.
- Ensure that the MEAL system fully reflects and incorporates Cuso International s gender and social inclusion commitments as outlined in the Gender Equality Policy, Strategy and Approach, hereby collaborating with the Project Manager Gender and Social Inclusion.
- Train and brief all staff, volunteers and project partners on the MEAL system and ensure that they clearly understand their role and have the necessary tools for monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning.
- Oversee the regular production, updating and incorporation of key lessons learned from the SCOPE project and share with staff, volunteers, project partners and other key actors.
- Produce quality, timely and international standard reports as required by Cuso International and GAC.
- Ensure SCOPE accountability to our local beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
- Lead internal mid-year and annual reviews, impact evaluations and external program evaluations.
Knowledge and Information Management
- Lead the design and implementation of a SCOPE knowledge management strategy, including the development of a knowledge management platform and knowledge products.
- Manage information, data collection, analysis and investigation processes
- Provide regular updates on variances of results and targets and deliver inputs into program process, outcome and impact measurement.
- Provide feedback to SCOPE and Cuso International at large based on monitoring and evaluation reports and analysis of impact data.
Other Responsibilities
- Inform and advise the Country Director and Team Leader on MEAL strategic directions.

EDUCATION
Required:
- University degree in a related field (e.g. Development or Social Studies).
Desirable:
- Monitoring, Evaluation and/or Knowledge Management Certificate considered an asset.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in MEAL and/or knowledge management systems of donor funded projects in the development sector.
- In depth experience regarding:
- Logic model and performance measurement framework approach and other strategic planning
- MEAL methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory).
- Design, implementation and management of MEAL systems for large development projects.
- Development of knowledge products.
- Facilitation of learning-orientated analysis sessions based on monitoring and evaluation data with multiple stakeholders.
- Data processing and presentation.
Desirable:
- Experience in the area of economic development and/or social inclusion.
- Experience in developing and facilitating MEAL trainings and skill building workshops for actors, including stakeholders in the private sector.

Terre des Hommes Italia(TDH IT) is an International NGO member of the International Federation Terre des Hommes, and of several Italian NGO coordinating bodies, including CINI, the Italian Network of International NGOs.
We implement relief and mid-term programs and projects in 21 countries in the fields of education, primary health, protection, livelihood, PSS and children s rights.
Since the beginning of the Syria crisis, with the support of various donors (ECHO, UNICEF, UNHCR, Private Donors, Terre des hommes NL) TDH IT has provided assistance to Syrian refugee families fleeing their country and looking for shelter in Lebanon, as well as to the Lebanese host communities. At present we work in North and South Lebanon, in Beka'a and Mount Lebanon as well as in the Palestinian Refugee Camps. Since 2003 Terre des Hommes operates in Jordan where it has implemented various humanitarian and mid-terms interventions for the benefit of the disadvantaged sectors of the Jordanian population as well as for Iraqi refugee families and Syrian refugees (after 2013).
Within this context, Terre des Hommes Italia is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a livelihood intervention to be implemented in the Beka'a Valley (Lebanon) and in Amman Governorate (Jordan) in partnership with local organizations. The candidate shall have a proven experience in managing mid-term interventions in ME countries, with a focus on livelihood. She/he is required to have advanced communication and negotiation skills, a perfect command of the PCM and the main institutional donors' financial and administrative procedures, as well as the ability to work in partnership with organizations and institutions of different backgrounds.
Since the position advertised for is unaccompanied, TDH will not be responsible for providing benefits for the PM s family members.

The expatriate Project Managerwill be in charge of managing the partnership with the local partners and authorities, planning the project activities, supervising their implementation and reporting, while ensuring their qualitative and quantitative compliance with the project document, as approved by the donor.
In particular she/he will be in charge of:
Managing the relationship with the local authorities in Lebanon at the Governorate/District level. This includes: 1.1 Presenting the project to the Lebanese Local authorities and communities in the areas of intervention 1.2 Drafting, negotiating and signing, if any, the MOUs with local partners/local authorities in Lebanon, stating roles, tasks and responsibilities of both parties.1.3 Approving similar documents drafted by the Assistant Project Manager based in Jordan.
Coordinating with TDH Delegation in Jordan and supervising the Assistant Project Manager, who will oversee establishment and development of the working relationship with the Authorities in the Country.
Managing the HR of TDH project's staff, which includes: 3.1 Drafting the TOR of the project's staff. 3.2 Coordinating with TDH Delegation in Jordan for the selection of the required staff and for contracting them based on the Lebanon Delegation's and Donor s procedures. 3.3 Identifying possible areas of weakness and planning for on-the-job trainings in coordination with the Delegation's experts.
Calling for and leading quarterly meetings with the Project leading committee, including Assistant project manager based in Jordan with the aim of: 4.1 Designing activity plans and regularly revising their implementation. 4.2 Regularly collecting the information and the reports required in accordance with the monitoring tools approved. 4.3 Monitoring the expenditure pace in both countries and ensuring its compliance with the project document and the yearly/quarterly plans.
Administration: with the support of the administrator, the PM is responsible for: 5.1 Budget management and follow-up; 5.2 The sound implementation and monitoring of TDH It and the Donor s administrative procedures; 5.3 Following TDH It internal administrative guidelines; 5.4 Defining quarterly and monthly plans of expenditures according to the project s budget and the plan of activities. 5.5. Reporting.
Maintaining the relationship with the donor. This involves: 6.1 Facilitating the donor s field monitoring visits based on the plan approved by the PLC. 6.2 Drafting the interim and final reports as requested by the Donor, and any further report which may be requested.
Ensuring Project Visibility. This involves: 7.1 Ensuring that all projects sites are provided with visibility materials 7.2 Ensuring that communities and stakeholders are aware of the subjects funding and/or implementing the project 7.3 Providing the Delegation's Communication Officer with regular updates and documentation (written, photographic, video etc..) in order for them to promote the project via their standard channels.
Security and Coordination. The PM will: 8.1 Attend coordination meetings and clusters with INGOs at the area level. 8.2 Participate in defining the security rules for project staff (local and expat) and ensure their implementation.
Qualification requested:
University Degree
Perfect Command of the Italian(written and spoken) and the English languages. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset. (the candidate shall undergo a language test)
3-to 5 years of experiencein managing mid-term interventions abroad (minimum two yearsof work experience in Middle East compulsory).
Perfect knowledge of all the phases of the PCM and the main institutional donors' procedures, including those of the Italian Agency for International Cooperation.
Ability to work in partnership with local organizations and under stressful conditions
Ability to work in team
Problem solving skills
Good IT skills with high proficiency in word and excel
Holding a passport which have easy access to Lebanon and Jordan is imperative.

KEY ACTIVITIES IN YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Establish and ensure fluid and regular communication and coordination with all relevant sector stakeholders both in Nairobi as well as within Somalia.
- Maintain close coordination with AAH International procurement section.
- Establish close coordination with the existing, Nairobi-based Nutrition Cluster for Somalia, in close coordination with the Consortium Management Unit.
- Together with consortium partners, lead the continuous identification of supply gaps and bottlenecks in country and establish a common strategy to address them.
- Compile and submit timely reports.
- Together with consortium partners, identify core advocacy concerns around supply and contribute key messages to the broader advocacy initiatives of the BRCiS, the consortium Lead Agency, donors and other relevant actors.

We are currently recruiting for Country Director based in Iraq to lead and manage operations of IRW Iraq. As Country Director you will be responsible for Country Programme development, management, and monitoring and Strategy development, supervision of staff, office and management procedures. As part of the program development, the successful candidate is expected to examine the funding situation and solicit funding for programmes. He/she will also be accountable to ensure all aspects of programs are implemented in compliance with grant agreements, budgets and in accordance to schedule in addition to overseeing all aspects of IRW s presence.
The Country Director will be responsible for managing a team of 140 staff. You will be monitoring risk management and ensuring compliance & quality improvement of the country programme. In addition, you will be reviewing and reporting the progress of finances (with a budget of 10m) to IRW Headquarters.
The successful candidate will require a post graduate Degree with knowledge of Community Development, Social Protection, Food Security, Urban Poverty and a track record of working with INGO s in developing countries in rehabilitation, development and emergency contexts. He/she will also need to have experience in budgeting, balance-sheet management, designing and implementing project proposals and concepts. It is essential that the successful candidate is fluent in English (written and spoken). The knowing of Arabic and the local language is essential. The job holder should have previous knowledge and experience of fundraising from and dealing with EC, ECHO, UN and DFID. Regional Director, Advancement (Dallas, TX)
Reporting to the Vice President, Regions - West, the Regional Director will be responsible for executing the strategic vision and operational plan for the region, and achieving ambitious fundraising and non-financial goals in line with UNICEF USA s Strategic Plan. The Regional Director will manage and partner closely with a regionally-based volunteer Board of Directors, manage a portfolio of individual major gifts donors and local corporate donors and prospects across the region, work closely with a nationally-based Special Events team and a local committee of volunteers to plan and oversee a major fundraising gala event; and supervise a staff of three. The Great Plains Region is made up of 7 states (North Texas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Oklahoma and Kansas here).
The Regional Director will have oversight of the region its vision, goals, and operations - in collaboration with the Vice President, Regions - West and in coordination with Vice President, Major Gifts. The Regional Director will have direct oversight over the local Major Gifts staff and a Global Citizenship Fellow. The Regional Director leads their regional team to focus on building: 1) key relationships that can bring in gifts of $10,000 or more, with a particular focus on gifts of $100,000 or more, and 2) key relationships that can serve as UNICEF influencers to help build a national movement for children around the world. The Regional Director will have a portfolio of around 75 regional influencers, which will include regional board leadership and individual /foundation / corporate major donors.
Key Responsibilities/Outcomes (include but are not limited to):
Consistently meet revenue and expense budget for the Region
Build organizational capacity by raising visibility, expanding the board and maximizing the boards involvement in meeting assigned annual goals
Cultivate and solicit current and prospective donors in the region

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (Master s degree preferred)
A minimum of ten years of fund development experience, with a proven success record in major gifts cultivation and solicitation, and at least three years in a leadership role

Strong management and strategic leadership skills
Demonstrated success working with volunteer Board leadership
Familiarity with Dallas philanthropic community is preferred
Experience in a complex, multi-team environment and experience leading cross-divisional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; must have strong public speaking skills
Ability to influence and engage a wide range of donors and build long-term relationships
